Randall Harred, Owner/Agent

Randall was born in Uvalde, Texas and moved to south Bexar County during High School. Randall began work in Pleasanton in 1970 and has lived and worked in the area since then. He married Renelle Jasik in 1981 and they have two children, Russell and Robyn. Russell is a 2008 graduate of Texas A&M in College Station. Robyn currently attends Palo Alto College in San Antonio. Renelle manages A-OK Mini Storage in Schertz, TX, which is owned by Randall and Renelle and Keith and Karrie Sanders. The Harred family lives on a small farm in the Loire community in Northern Atascosa County very near the Bexar, Atascosa, and Wilson County intersection.

Randall spent many years working in Agricultural Sales in South Texas before obtaining his insurance license in 1995. He was contracted by Atascosa County Farm Bureau as an agent for 5 years. Randall obtained his LUTCF designation in 1999. He opened the Randall L. Harred Insurance Agency in Pleasanton in April 2000.

Randall has participated in local civic organizations in the area since 1978, when he received the Outstanding Agri-Business award from the Pleasanton Young Farmers. Randall and Renelle are both very proud to have been awarded the Outstanding Father and Mother of the Year by the Atascosa 4H.

Lillian Cashmer, Agent

Lillian was born and raised in Pleasanton, Texas. She is married to Thomas Cashmer and has two daughters, Hillary and Carol.

Lillian has been working in the insurance field since 1997. Lillian can help you with any of your insurance or financial needs. In addition to her strong background in insurance, Lillian is also a Notary Public. Lillian is very active in local civic organizations, such as the Pleasanton Lion's Club where she is the club secretary and is currently the Pleasanton Leo Club Advisor. She was awarded the Lion of the year for 2008-2009. Lillian is also a current Board member for the Atascosa Health Clinic.

When she is not in the office she enjoys attending her daughters many extracurricular activities and just spending time with her husband and daughters.
